Dear Valued Client,
We are going to migrate the hosting to another server because of hardware failure on the server.
It is because the server already OLD(Windows server 2003) and server not very stable because of this.
Currently the server running but just for the purpose of migration. We will proceed migrate to another server but it will take 6-24 hours to fully propagate. We will update you once migration has been done to other server.
All clients under the server IP was effected.
As this news was posted, our engineers has been assigned to resolve the issue.
How to check whether your server is effected , just follow below step :
At your start program :
1. click START
2. select RUN
3. type this command
ping yourdomain.com -t
4. there will be a pop up prompt with black screen.
5. If the IP listed there is 188.8.131.52, that means you are hosted on the problem server.
Our management has agree to add 14 day extension on top of current expiry date for the effected client.
We will keep you updated on the status.
