HELP! I can't send or receive any email via pop3

Make sure you are using your login username in the format of also make sure your password is correctly set and if you are unsure reset your password and try again. If you are still having issues open a helpdesk ticket at and someone will assist you.
If you are using the main site administrator username you do not need to add the to the end of the login.
