Windows Outdated Server Migration

Dear our valued Customers,

Currently our old windows server no longer have support and we need to upgrade. Same as Plesk. The current Plesk 11 no longer have support. Furthermore Plesk no longer provide license for this old version of software.

Summary of Outdated OS and Software

Windows Server 2008 : January 13, 2015
Plesk 11 : December 13, 2016
MySQL 5.1.56 : December 31, 2013,
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 : April 12, 2016
JDK 1.5 : October, 2009
PHP 5.2.17 : January 6, 2011
PHP 5.4.32 : September 14, 2015
.NET 2.0 : December 4, 2011

Microsoft FrontPage 5.0.2.6790 : June 30, 2006

For this purpose we need to move or migrate the hosting to new server. If we cannot migrate we can only create empty hosting and we will guide you on how to upload the website contents back. Unfortunately some older script will no longer work on the new server because of compatibility.

Currently the effected server are below;

1. 103.8.25.158 (Windows 16)

2. 103.8.25.78 (Windows 17)

3. 103.8.25.118 (Windows 19)

Hopefully, you can cooperate to ensure the smooth running of your future website.

To check either your hosting is on effected server, you have to ping.

To do ping, Click the 'Windows Start Menu' on the box type 'cmd'. Then type yourdomain example below:

C:\Users\gatekeeper>ping yourdomain.com

Pinging yourdomain.com [103.8.25.158] with 32 bytes of data:

Ping statistics for 103.8.25.158:

Minimum = 8ms, Maximum = 9ms, Average = 8ms

If you get 103.8.25.158 then it is on the effected server.

We will perform hosting migration on this server to new server which have Plesk 17.8.

Normally it will take 6-24 hours for the domain name propagation.
